“Such an awesome team, Carla & Pete are lovely, supportive, their group training classes are fun and you feel a sense of community there. Even with the new regulations in place you can still socialise and motivate each other during your work out while keeping safe. Each person gets their own space and own set of equipment to work with which you then clean down at the end of your session. I love training in group sessions like this, it’s so much better than training on your own. You feel you are within a team even though you each have your own individual goals. “I’ve been going to CPR for a couple of years now and I was a little apprehensive at 1st as I had never been a fan of going to a gym. My fears were completely misplaced as I’ve been made to feel welcome since day one. Pete & Carla are always on hand to provide advice on how you should perform each exercise and also to encourage you to push yourself a little more. I really enjoy going along to each class, and no one is there to judge you or how much weights you’re lifting.
I really like the format of the classes, well planned out each week and I find that a huge benefit as I don’t need to worry about what I am going to do when I get down to the Gym.
Throughout Lockdown Pete & Carla have been in constant dialogue, checking in on everyone, setting us homework when we couldn’t go to the gym.
Since we’ve been allowed back in I’ve felt extremely safe, we all have our own work stations with everything we need for the session readily available. They have done a fantastic job in very trying times.”

Carla and Pete have taken every precaution to ensure its a safe environment to be in. Everyone is respectful of the rules in place and its such a comfortable place to train.
The 2m section that your assigned when you arrive has everything you would possibly need to get an amazing workout. There is always equipment variety in the different sections so you can change the section next session to allow to gain a wider understanding of the equipment and the endless uses for them.
Our sessions are what we make of them, tailor them to our own goals and go out and meet them.”
