Carla
I'm Carla and I've been a Personal Trainer for 12 years. Fitness wasn't always my passion. I was a slow starter and only really got into it after having my third child, I took up running and started training with kettlebells. Unaware that my exercise choices were not ideal for my hypermobile postnatal body, I ended up injured and my journey into the fitness industry began - in the quest to offer safe, effective, affordable training to everyone who wanted it.
As a mother of 4, I understand the struggles many busy parents face trying to balance work and life whilst raising a family and I work closely with my clients to try and make their lives as simple as I can to help them reach their goals in a safe, non judgemental environment without feeling like they are depriving themselves. My life isn't all fitness related, I'm just a 'normal' person who loves to eat curry and drink gin! I just like to do it alongside my weekly workouts which keep me feeling strong both physically and mentally.
Kyle
I'm Kyle and qualified as a Personal Trainer in September 2021. I have always had a keen interest in fitness so when the opportunity arose to complete a Modern Apprenticeship at CPR on leaving school I decided to go for it. Alongside the Modern Apprenticeship I worked towards my Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications.
Since qualifying I have further completed my Kids Fitness Qualification and am currently working towards my Older Adult Qualification and my Pre/Postnatal.
Just now I am running the Teen Training Sessions at CPR but I also provide cover to Carla on the odd occasion she needs it.
