MIXED training
At CPR our Mixed Training Coach led sessions will help you reach your individual goals, based on your current ability, level of fitness and around any injuries or limitations you may have.
Training in a group is a fun, more cost effective way of training than 1-2-1, and can be far more motivating than training alone. All the equipment to complete a full body training session is available to you over the two fitness studios.
