6 week postnatal block
Are you looking to get back into exercise after having a little one but have no idea where to start? If so then this block is for you.
This 6 week baby friendly postnatal block will help you to understand what your body is capable of, knowing what is suitable and why so you can feel confident when exercising. During the block you will have 6 face to face sessions taking place in a group of a maximum of 6 to ensure you are performing the exercises correctly at the level best suited to you. When the block is over you will have a programme that is tailored to your individual needs that you can complete at home to help restore your core and pelvic floor, you will also be provided with the equipment to do this.
