''I have been going to Carla’s PT sessions for over 2 years now - it’s the first regular exercise I’ve done and stuck to! The classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and are adaptable for individual needs. I also drop into Pete’s class when work doesn’t get in the way. Pete’s sessions are in the same format so it wasn’t daunting joining his class. I really enjoy their classes and I’m very much looking forward to moving to their new premises where I’ll have an even bigger option of classes to attend.''
